Anybody familiar with this manual of instructions? I didn't know it existed and haven't had a chance to read through it yet.

Along with the CEAC manual, everyone should contact the County Surveyors Office for your particular record of survey, and request a current record of survey checklist. That checklist is what the map checkers follow to verify that your map has included the requested and required information. When checking for technicallities, the checklist is the best resource.
