sma-ceqa-final maps

I have a vague recollection that there is a CEQA requirement for an EIR and/or a negative declaration for subdivisions requiring a final map. Can someone please direct me to the the proper section to see what the law says?

You can start with Â§66473 et seq. of the Government Code (Division 2, Subdivisions). Also take a look at Â§21080 et seq. of the Public Resources Code.
