Critical to many. The website doesn't give any details. Hopefully it's back soon.

We have suspended ftp and http access to the SOPAC data archive while we
investigate ongoing problems with networked file system mounts. This
problem impacts SOPAC data collection and processing, and must be
resolved before we can restore public data access. We can't estimate
when service will be restored, but updates will be provided as soon as
possible.
