This should waste about 5 minutes of your day.

Please look at the math below:

They (whoever they are) say only people with an IQ 120 and over are able to figure this out.

If:

2 + 3 = 10

7 + 2 = 63

6 + 5 = 66

8 + 4 = 96

Then:

9 + 7 = ????

I think it is 144 based on my assumptions (add the numbers and then multiply by the first, i.e. 9+7 = 16 then 16*9 = 144)

So do I have at least a 120 IQ? Haha

The A's have 3 times more runs than the Giants.

The Giants score one run to cut the score in half.

What is the score of the game?

A car circles a one mile track at 30mph for the first lap. How fast does it need to go on the next lap to average 90mph over the two laps?

At first you want to say 150 m/h, but with Dimensional Analysis;
1hour/30miles x 60minutes/1hour x 1mile = 2 minutes for the car to take the first lap.

For 2 laps averaging 90 mph;
1hour/90miles x 60minutes/1hour x 2miles = 1.33 minutes for the car to take the 2 laps averaging 90mph.

The first lap already used up more time than needed to make the two laps averaging 90mph, so it can't be done I guess. It is really hard to wrap my brain around that answer.

You're right but I always screw that up......it's supposed to be 60mph over two laps but it's the same logic. One mile @30 is two minutes, two laps @ 60 is two minutes so unless you can beam around that track fast enough to make time stand still, can't be done.

Yea, they are takng care of it. I actually did not notice it until I recieved another card correctly spelled in the mail with a letter explaining the mistake.
I also have two license certificates because they spelled my name wrong slightly on the first. I noticed that right off the bat.
