Name of Wednesday Conference Speaker

There was a surveyor from the Nevada BLM that joined Steve Parrish to present the last session of the CLSA/NALS conference. I'm trying to publish the highlights of that session from my notes, and I realize I forgot to write down the surveyor's name.

Does anyone have that information, so I can give credit to the speaker?
