FMIX: New Live Chat Service

The FEMA Map Information eXchange (FMIX) is pleased to announce a new exciting service: Live Chat. Live Chat will allow FEMA stakeholders to interact with Map Specialists real-time via an online forum. Specialists can field inquiries pertaining to a wide variety of topics including Letters of Map Change, Elevation Certificates, the release of new flood maps, and more. Map Specialists will be available for online chat Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and again from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Easter Daylight Time).
