PLS act 8726.1

I'm looking for clarification of this section of the PLS act. As I read it, this allows a company owned by a licensed land surveyor to advertise civil engineering services even if these services are not done by a RCE that is an employee. The RCE can simply be a sub-consultant. Does anyone have any other interpretation of this section?

Like Woodcutter says, if you are selling CE services connected to your surveying work, then yes.
