Lot Line Adjustment Application Research...

Post by Ian Wilson »

I am preparing some research on Lot Line Adjustments.

I’d like to be able to include information on local jurisdictional requirements for LLA applications.

Since we live in a huge state and I don’t have a list of all the jurisdictions within the state, I’m turning to the “Board Collectiveâ€￾ for assistance.

Will you please send me an email with the link to or the application package for a Lot Line Adjustment in any of the jurisdictions in which you work? I understand that these are updated from time to time, but what I’m interested in is the current application package for the jurisdictions. I’m particularly interested in application packages from jurisdictions that perform LLAs on maps – In Lieu of Maps or “Unconditioned Parcel Maps, etc.

In order to keep the applications separate from my regular mail (and in the hopes that y’all will burry me in application packages), please send the application packages to:

SacSurveyor@gmail.com

Thanks for your assistance!

Wow! What a response! So far, I’ve had emails that included links to or downloads/scans of LLA Application packages from no less than seven jurisdictions!

Napa County
San Mateo County
LA County
San Joaquin County
Yuba County
Sutter County

City of Oceanside
City of Murrieta

Murrieta is unbelievable. Their fee for an LLA app is $3300 +.

Ryan that is bad.

What is Riverside County's Stephen's Rat Mitigation Fee now? 20 years ago it was $2,000/acre if memory serves.

Ian,
Attached (I think) is the Butte County application. Fees in Butte County are $1852 or $1747 depending on what the creation document is Recorded Map or Deed. These fees seem to change on a regular basis so it is best to verify fees just pior to submitting an application
