"Office administrators were the best part of our aerospace company. They handled travel expense reports, vendor support, presentations and other important tasks for engineering folks, however, management has determined that engineers should do all these tasks; even thou they understand that they have less time to perform their own duties. Management shifted most of the engineering work to India and Russia now, so the remaining engineering staff performs OA type duties and sign off drawings. This is the sad state of affairs in America, that is brought on by greed in management and is why America is becoming more 3rd world."
