Civics test

Post by land butcher »

Saw this today. Kinda fun. The car board it was on most scored better than the average college educator.

Full Civic Literacy Exam (from our 2008 survey)

Are you more knowledgeable than the average citizen? The average score for all 2,508 Americans taking the following test was 49%; college educators scored 55%. Can you do better? Questions were drawn from past ISI surveys, as well as other nationally recognized exams.

I took that when it was posted on Surveyor Connect. Missed the one about Plato, Socrates, et. alia, got a 96.97%.

Just re-took it: You answered 33 out of 33 correctly — 100.00 %

of course they told me what the correct answer was on the one I missed the first time. I had no excuses the second time. I had better get 100%.

I missed 2 for 93%. Misread one and blew the Plato/Socrates one, what did they know anyway
