Sacramento CBL

Post by Jim Frame »

For those who didn't see it in the July issue of Focal Point, the Sac CBL has been published. It's available at http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/CBLINES/BASELINES/ca

Just for fun I got the raw data set from Marti in September and reduced it with some assistance from John Nolton. It was not a trivial task. I used the mean of each individually-reduced line, since I couldn't see a basis for weighting the individual measurements, but perhaps I overlooked something. In any case, my results differ from published by as much as 0.0004 m.
