MI-Tech Services, Inc, currently has an employment opportunity for a Land Surveyor in San Francisco, CA. This position includes land surveying, construction staking, computations, prepare legal descriptions, staking easements, and right of way acquisitions. A thorough understanding of survey concepts and equipment is required.

Qualified candidates would possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying and have at least 5 or more years of work related survey experience related to the construction utility industry. Specific work experience in the tunneling industry and possession of a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of California beneficial, but not necessary. Experience using AutoCAD, GPS and conventional survey equipment is also required. Other qualifications include a valid driver’s license, detail orientated, excellent oral and written communication, and have the ability to multi-task.
