Mylar Pen

Does anyone have a recomendation for a good pen to use when signing mylar? I have tried several but cannot find that perfect balance between line thickness, keeping up with my signature, and being permant.

I use a PIGMA MICRON 05 you can pick it up at just about any craft store (I think I got mine at Michelle's) They have different sizes so pick the one that works for you. From my dealings an 08 is too thick and the 03 is too thin

Sharpie permanent markers. At most office supply stores.

Standard Sharpie-ultra fine point. Tried and true on 100's of mylars over the last 5 years.

Thanks Guys. I appreciate the information. It's funny because the Shapie ultra fine point is the reason I started the thread. It simply will not lay down ink fast enough to keep up with my signature. I will try the others.

It seems that surveyors can always find new ways to disagree with each other, besides boundary solutions. Add mylar pens to the mix. LOL

If you don't like the Sharpies, then you and I are in complete agreement. Get the Staedtler Lumocolor 'F' fine point. Order online. Boxes of 4 each.
