CRTN Changes to be aware of

Post by McGee »

Please note the following important information and changes:
(1) CRTN has been divided into southern (SC) and northern (NC) sections. For the
southern section use the usual IP=132.239.152.74. For the northern section use a
new IP=132.239.154.101. The breakdown of stations and relevant information can
be found at http://sopac.ucsd.edu/input/realtime/CRTN_Access.xls
(2) CRTN RTCM data streams are now available through NTRIP protocol:
RTCM2.3: IP=132.239.152.74 for SC; 132.239.154.101 for NC;
port=2102;Mountpoint=XXXX_RTCM2 (e.g., DSME_RTCM2)
RTCM3.0: IP=132.239.152.74 for SC; 132.239.154.101 for NC;
port=2103;Mountpoint=XXXX_RTCM3 (e.g., CARH_RTCM3)
(3) The NTRIP streams will be available with unlimited access until Thursday, March 1
with Username=CRTN; Password=RealTime. After that date, users will need to use
individual usernames and passwords.
(4) Please request an NTRIP username and password from ybock@ucsd.edu before
March 1.
(5) After March 1, users will be limited to one NTRIP data stream at a time, in either
RTCM 2.3 or RTCM 3.0 formats, broadcast with CSRC Epoch 2011.00 NAD83
coordinates.
(6) Multiple data streams (through IP and port number, not NTRIP), multiple usernames
and passwords (through NTRIP) will be available to CRTN Consortium members
including contributing members, and CRTN collaborators.
Thank you for your support,
