TM expiration extension question

Perhaps 66452.23 covers you. From what I've found it was enacted in July 2011, so your TM was approved at this time and it extends TM 24 months that are set to expire before January 2014.

Have you taken advantage of all 6 one year extensions provided under 66452.6(e)?

My opinion is your tentative map had to be approved by the Advisory Agency (Planning Commission, City Council, Board of Supervisors) prior to July 15, 2009, the effective date of the law, and had to have an expiration date prior January 1, 2012 to qualify for the extension under 66452.22.

Just my opinion.
