As a small general civil engineering firm in the San Jose area, Carroll Engineering, Inc., provides high quality, personable services to our clients. Established for over 19 years, Carroll Engineering has worked on a multitude of projects, with a large share of our projects being for school districts throughout the Bay Area. Employees at Carroll Engineering, including the owner, are “hands on†for all facets of projects that they are involved with.

Perform necessary research associated with land surveying.
Perform field work associated with preparation of surveying documents.
Coordinate with aerophotogrammetrists and provide control panels for aerial mapping.
Direct field crew member(s) in the field to assist in obtaining data.
