re: Calif places client defense burden on Design firms.....
I'm not a legal expert by any stretch of the imagination but in reading this article I get the impression that government and quasi-government agencies are supposed to be adhering to the language in 2782.8 since January 1, 2011.
I recently reviewed a contract from a quasi government agency and their indemnification clause did not read anything like this. If fact it was worded to give total protection to the agency and lay all legal expenses on the contractor.

Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?
