5603 RADIO HELP

I had a 5603 with a red Dot raido and a TSCII data collector using TDS. I still have the the TSCII tds data collector, but now I have a blue dot radio. I am pretty sure I do not have a cable issue, but I do not seem to be able to get the connection established between the data collector/ radio and the instrumnet thanks for your help

Dane,
I have the same system, although I’m not sure if I have a Blue dot or Red dot radio, and recently experienced similar problems. Apparently the original 5603 radio won’t communicate with newer model radios. I can explain further if you call me.

its because you dont have your dots lined up. sorry but to easy to resist.
