I've noticed many title companies take off the area, when stated, and the "As more particularly shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof." statement, when subsequent conveyances occur and it is made below the body of the description.
I incorporate a similar statement in the body of the descripition to preclude that from occuring, ie: "to a 3/4 inch iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "DE Woolley PLS 7304" as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part hereof....".
For what it's worth.

Dave,
Thanks for the court cases. Intereseting reading. Still seems to me there is somewhere where attorneys can write legal descriptions. Not sure where I read it.
I like the seal, I agree it meets the similiar test. It;s in good taste, thiumbs up... I think I still have you beat with my non-trademark for review seal.
