I've just clicked on the link contained in my Authorization to Test letter from Prometric to schedule my test.
True to form, the link is broken.
Considering last year's foul ups with the ATT letters, is it any wonder I have no faith in the ability of this company to competently administer this test?
Prometric Strikes Again

I just tried this link from the ATT letter myself and it worked. Brings you to the Candidate Information Bulletin as stated.

I just tried this link for scheduling from the ATT letter and it brings you right to the scheduling page on the Prometric site.
Check it again to see what is happening.
You can also just go directly to www.prometric.com and choose California.

It would be nice to see some transparency in the process. It would be reassuring to know that Prometrics can score the test better than they handle the rest of the process.
Being able to appeal the test, as in days past, might be good for testee morale. At least tell us the cut score, and our score.
