I guess the "LEGAL?" post has been pulled. That's okay with me. No matter the purpose of the plat or who the land surveyor prepared it for, the setting of non durable monuments and tags without the LS # is a flat out violation. Those two items are tough to explain away.

I thought it was an interesting discussion. Glad it wasn't at my expense.

I thought it was interesting too, and valuable. It would definitely be good to find out if the JPPC takes action, and what the eventual dispostion is.
