Only twice? You are a patient one, my friend. I've been wearing out my keyboard.

Letters went out today apparently, and it should be about 48 hours before we can see the electronic update.

I'm really impressed with how quickly the entire process has gone, even if the waiting still seems interminable. Only 6.5 weeks from the end of the State exam to confirmation of exam results and letters being sent.

I agree with you. I was quite surprised and happy to see the results in that short of time.

Pat, Ric, and Ray deserve a lot of credit for streamlining this process over the last few years.
Well done gentlemen!

I count 70 new numbers. The last number up prior to this new release of numbers was 8991 and now it is 9061.

Your are right, I thought 8992 is the last number, so only 70 new PLS, assuming 400 applicants thats only 17.5%. looks like this time test was little bit harder then last year!

Congratulations to all who succeeded this time.

17.5% is a higher rate than that when I originally passed the Texas Test.

Of 435 sitting, 40 passed. That calc's right at 9%. Which was right at average in the 80's.

I have no Idea of the pass rate in 1990 in California when I passed.

Does anybody know what date the licenses were issued? As far as I can tell it was Wednesday May 29th. The date on the letter...

Stuart,

Your official date of licensure is the same date on the letter congratulating you and which also serves as your temporary license until the card and certificate is sent to you. The Board controls the date of licensure when submitted to the state agency that produces the license numbers.
