Something to consider for all your staff, Sometimes office people visit construction sites too, so they should not be excluded, I am often around heavy equipment at large construction sites and our rule of thumb, Wave to all construction equipment operators ... if they do not wave back, they do not see you. Eye contact every time a machine comes within your vicinity is a must.
