Condos or other instrument

I have a propose project were a developer wants to create separate lots within a proposed building for sale. Please see Exhibit A. He doesnâ€™t want them to be condos because of financing reasons. There will be common areas like stairwells, hallways, the roof and sidewalks, etc. They plan on creating CCRâ€™s and an association to maintain the common areas and the exterior of the building. He is open on how to create the boundaries lines. One option is per Exhibit A or by the exterior of the building or whatever other means.

Please keep in mind that this will be one of ten buildings on a larger lot.

Is this possible other than creating condos?

Any ideas?

Sure tenants in common and it does not require the involvement of a surveyor at all....

No subdivision may be created outside of the subdivision map act. Good luck with your condo conversion
