Lost threads?

Post by Dave Lindell »

Am I the only one not able to see any threads between 12/30/13 and now on this site?

Is anyone else having trouble gaining access to surveyorconnect.com too?

No problem getting to SurveyorConnect, but this site has been down a lot lately. Either that or I need to clear my cache more often!

Website Migration

Post by Administrator »

You may need to change your individual display options (at the bottom of the page). The option may be defaulting to view only the last month. You can customize that using the pull down menu at the bottom of the page. No threads have been lost.

Over the holidays, the CLSA website was migrated to a new server. Due to the size of the CLSA website, the number of advanced program features (e.g. Join Online, Pay Dues Online, Purchase Publications Online, Register Online, Manage Find a Surveyor, Manage Professional Development Hours, Admin Pages for local Chapters, etc.), and the large amount of data stored, the programmer and hosting company encountered a few issues during the migration. The Discussion Board is now up and running. The migration will help the CLSA website to be more stable and run faster. We appreciate your patience during the transition.
Thank you!

Dave, I think the site was down the entire time. There are no posts from Dec 31 through yesterday.

The site is MUCH quicker, Thank You.

I'm only able to access the site through Internet Explorer. I can't get into it through Google Chrome.

Mike;

Check your Chrome settings. It works perfectly for me on the site.

What setting(s) should GC be set to? All the other websites I use are not having an issue.

Uh, good question Mike. Chrome has been working, for me just as it downloads. You might check to make sure you have the latest/greatest version though. It also might a combination hardware/software problem though. Can you try Chrome on another machine?
