Home Brewing Surveyors...

Post by Ian Wilson »

At the CLSA Board Meeting yesterday, Rich James and I decided to see if the are other brewer/surveyors who will be attending the conference in San Diego.

If there are enough of us, perhaps we could arrange a tour and/or tasting at White Labs or Ballast Point or Stone or...

Chime in here and let us know if anyone* is interested.

*Brewers and non-brewers who are interested in good beer are welcome. Obviously, this will NOT be a CLSA sanctioned event...

Tour

Ian,

The only time I have brewed was at a place in San Diego that had all of the equipment and supplies set up for you. It was always fun brewing with friends and then bottling and sampling a few weeks later... or sampling, then bottling. It was good times, I wish they were still in business.

I'd love to go on a tour. Stone Brewing has a great tour, but they are about 50 minutes out of town in Escondido. Perhaps the new Liberty Station Stone brewery pub has a tour.
