[font=&quot]Survey Manager Job Description[/font]
[font=&quot]Location: City of Industry[/font]
[font=&quot]Permanent/Direct Position[/font]
[font=&quot] [/font]
[font=&quot]Responsible for directing and coordinating survey office operations, including working with all project managers, staff surveyors, technicians and field operations (survey crew).

[/font]

·[font=&quot]Prepare/review final legal descriptions. Survey plats, and field note reductions for accuracy and completeness.[/font]
·[font=&quot]Research public and private land records.[/font]
·[font=&quot]Provide periodic field observation as necessary.[/font]
·[font=&quot]Prepare technical correspondence and complete, comprehensive reports as necessary.[/font]
·[font=&quot]Assist in project proposal preparation[/font]
·[font=&quot]Oversee 2-5 survey crews.[/font]
·[font=&quot]Oversee and manage scheduling for survey crews.

·[font=&quot]Registered Land Surveyor (Experience and/or LSIT certification can override license).[/font][font=&quot][/font]
·[font=&quot]Bachelor degree preferred[/font][font=&quot][/font]
·[font=&quot]Minimum 5 years of experience as survey/mapping manager.[/font][font=&quot][/font]
·[font=&quot]Proficient with topography, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, platting, consutrction staking and legal descriptions.[/font][font=&quot][/font]
·[font=&quot]Proficient with land survey equipment such as Robotic Total Station and GPS.[/font][font=&quot][/font]
·[font=&quot]Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Geopak[/font][font=&quot][/font]
