I purchased the eBook (http://bookstore.authorhouse.com/Produc ... cles.aspx).

I have to say I can't put it down, it's fascinating. I'm in the education chapter now. There is a lot of insight into how we got here.

I highly recommend it.

I am glad you are enjoying it. It took a long time for me to gather up all the articles and compile them. It is a great resource and I am pleased to be releasing the material serially through The American Surveyor magazine.

I'm into the great unwritten rights controversy kicked off by Brown's famous article now. There is some classic stuff right there.

An excellent compilation of Mr. Brown's writings. One of the fascinating things about it is that when reading what Curt wrote 50 or s0 years ago, you can see that many of the current topics of that time (education, professional responsibility, the role of the surveyor) are still ripe for conversation today.
