It takes a few years to understand what surveying is really all about. For many, it's a mathematical adventure.
The 1st picture the CR surveyor calls an 'Original Corner Monument' off.
The 2nd picture calls a c/l PRC off by 0.012'. Now, back when these L/T points were set, prior to 1935, the city was, at times, using a nail (or tack if you prefer) that was about 0.01' in diameter in the leads. Other nails were maybe less than a 1/16th of an inch.

Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?

I wish I could find a 2" pipe 1/2 " off instead of this
When I started running the sidelines of this lot I just had to stop for the day. I came back in and re ran all my calcs, analysis etc, still come up with the same answer.
This is a definite escrow killer. And I get to break the news to the buyer/seller.
The red line is pretty accurate. The light blue line is a GIS line, not bad, +/- a foot in position.
