Land Surveyor Position - B&E Engineers

B&E Engineers is located in Arcadia, CA (County of Los Angeles). We are seeking a California Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).

This is a great opportunity for an LS wanting to lead a growing surveying department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• L.S. Registration

• Typically a minimum of 4-8 years related experience is required.

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and office/field procedures.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing professional land survey work for surveying and engineering.

• Prepares and/or reviews ALTA Surveys, Parcel Maps/Tract Maps for subdivision purpose, Record of Surveys, Corner Records, photogrammetric surveys, topographic maps and legal descriptions.

• Assigns work and trains subordinate professional, technical, and managerial staff in the field and office.

• Prepares and/or reviews calculations, field notes, maps, title reports, easement documents consisting of engineering, construction, design, and topographic surveys.

• Construction Surveying including calculations and field layout.

• Other duties may be assigned.
