Seeking work in Los Angeles

Post by jchoe75 »

Hello.
My name is James and I moved back to Los Angeles this summer after nine years in San José.
While there, I attended Evergreen Valley College's Surveying & Geomatics program and
I am one course shy of receiving an associates degree in Land Surveying.

I am seeking full-time work either in the field or office, but I am willing to take on part-time or temporary jobs in the meantime.
I have limited field experience as a rodman staking, leveling, and traversing.
I also have some office experience drawing up corner records, records of survey, and lot line adjustments using Land Desktop.

I am familiar with Trimble, Topcon, and Sokkia equipment and I know how to utilize prism rods, Philly rods,
levels, steel tapes, tripods, plumb bobs, hubs, laths, stakes, flagging, tacks, PK nails, Mag nails, metal detectors, etc.

I know Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Autodesk Land Desktop
and have limited experience with Civil3D, ArcGIS, ArcMap, and ArcCatalog.

I am ready and willing to work with you, so please see my attached résumé and call or email me to discuss my availability.
