For you LA County guys.
Sometimes Navigate LA hangs up on the weekends. Splash screen comes up, you plug in an address or APN number, and the web site crashes. So you are pretty much stuck until Monday morning when it gets reset.
To get past the sites weekend crashes, just do this:
If the District Map splash screen appears, then zoom into your area until you find your block. Once that is done, then you can expand the layer tab and just do the normal click for what items you want, such as control points.
If the DM splash screen does not show up, then you will be shut down until Monday.

Another way I have found is to use the cadastral maps in the Map Gallery.
http://navigatela.lacity.org/common/map ... /index.htm
When you click on Cadastral Maps, there is an index you can use to find the area you are working.
Then go directly to the Engineering Vault and search...
