Arthritis and two pinched nerves, neck and low back... Not good for a surveyor. Just happened 3 weeks ago. I took a fall backwards off of a small wood rail fence avoiding a delivery truck exiting out on a common driveway. The wood rail just broke (termites) at the post. Two foot fall and heard something crack in my neck when my head slammed into the ground after landing on my back.
It always seems to be worse when something happens and you are completely unprepared for it.

after one year of recovery from a knee injury and repair, at the final appointment with the ortho, Doc reviewed my final MRI and says "Everything looks great, it has healed nicely, will be as good as it gets", me- "whats that shadow right there", Doc-"OH, I can't fix that", me - "Why not", Doc - "That's untreatable", me - "Why", Doc - " Because your OLD".
