Duties: In this role you will perform construction staking, topographic mapping, and boundary surveying. Responsibilities also include maintenance and operation of Trimble GNSS and Trimble Robotic instruments.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of field surveying experience with heavy construction staking for high rise buildings
- Must either be a member of the Union of Operating Engineers Local 12 or have a current LSIT or PLS and ability to join the Union
- Must be able to perform staking calculations and field engineering, as well as the ability to interact with internal managers, staff and clients
- Computer skills required: ability to upload and download data; TSC3 data controller; Trimble S8; AutoCAD; TBC software
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
