San Francisco boundary survey requirements

Hello.

I know there has been a lot of meetings and discussions about updating the City's requirements checklist recently. Has it been finalized and is the checklist available? I don't see it on the website.

Also, do they have any requirements for mandating that front property corner offsets be set?

If your talking about Record of Survey Requirements. Don't think they can exceed the PLS Act.

Exactly right RAM. They can offer suggestions for monument locations, but they can't mandate that offsets be set.

The catch is with regards to the Parcel Maps where they are holding up things for a few surveyors.

I've seen a checklist from before and it seems that some of the requirements went above and beyond the PLS Act. I haven't been to any of these discussions/meetings but I'd be curious about what happened there.

Parcel Map requirements can be set, but have to be by ordinance or in Code.
