Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if there is an unrecorded map in Willows? I have a deed that refers to lots but no recording info. When I contacted the assessor's office, they said the lotting was assessor's "lotting" and the underlying mapping was based on the assessor's map.
Also, in addition to this "assessor's lotting" there are also the assessor's parcels you would normally see. Does anyone have any insight into this? I've attached a copy of the APN map for clarification. Thanks.

Re: City of Willows unrecorded map?
Typically, unrecorded maps will be on file in the County Surveyor's office. They generally contain all the (then) necessary statements, save the Map Book and Page in the Recorder's office. Very much fit the definition of antiquated subdivisions in local ordinances.
