have at least two years experience working as a survey crew member and experience
with using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Assignments will include:
- Perform boundary surveys including ALTA surveys.
- Conduct boundary research and analysis.
- Prepare Reasoning Statements for Records of Survey.
- Prepare Tentative Maps, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, Lot Line Adjustments and Legal Descriptions.
- Perform planning and field work for aerial and LIDAR surveys.
- Interact with contractors for construction staking projects.
- Perform base flood elevation surveys and prepare FEMA certificates.
- Serve as Surveying Services Manager and participate in field work in the capacity of Party Chief.
