Land & Structure is a surveying, engineering and design firm based in the Sierra Nevada foothill community of Sonora. We are seeking a California Licensed / certified PLS or LSIT for a full time position to assist in the expansion of our business. Duties will include field surveying, drafting, research, and client interaction. Typical projects include subdivisions, parcel maps, records of survey, lot line adjustments, topographic site surveys, corner recoveries and construction staking.
Our office utilizes Autocad Civil 3D, Leica and Spectra robotic total stations and GPS equipment when required. Our service areas include Tuolumne, Calaveras and Mariposa Counties. Our clientele includes a mixture of private, commercial and public lands.
Wages will be based on experience and qualifications. Benefits would include paid holidays, sick leave, a 401k plan and health benefits.
