Your Duties:
Responsibilities: Able to work independently and as part of a team, you will provide office support, mapping, and calculations in support of various survey tasks and projects. Tasks may include: research of survey records; boundary analysis and base-mapping; legal description preparation, analysis, and interpretation; preparing instructions and sketches for survey crews; preparing maps, plats, and exhibits; reviewing field notes for completeness and clarity; and other surveying services in support of engineering work.

Your Capabilities and Credentials:
• Minimum 1-year experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Ability to prepare and revise CAD exhibits, including ALTA surveys, subdivision maps, and topographic surveys.
• Ability to gather and organize survey research and records.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, maps, and documents.

General qualities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a project team.
• Experience with Microstation and/or ArcGIS a plus.
