We don't do much of this anymore and I was wondering what is going on.
The site I used to download from (http://csrc.ucsd.edu/cgi-bin/dbDataBySite.cgi) is dead, and it appears stations are going off line and not being fixed.

If the stations you plan to use are actual National CORS stations (about 250 active in California) then you can go to the NGS website to get the data. If they are not CORS, but Continuous GPS stations, about 75% of the ones on California are owned by UNAVCO/PBO, so you can get the data from the PBO (Plate Boundary Observatory) site.
