Two person Crew Mandate - Proposed Debate

Howdy,

I would like to extend an individual to two people who are willing to each write a 600 work position for and against this matter. I will have it published in The American Surveyor Magazine assuring national coverage.

Is there anyone interested? We will will a "for" column and an "against" column. We want to expand this discussion.
