Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and five
years’ experience in road operations, engineering or surveying, two years of which were in a supervisory capacity; or a Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or related field, and six years’ experience in private civil engineering or public works agencies, two years of which were in a supervisory capacity.
