New case with interesting CEQA arguments

Post by Ian Wilson »

Sonoma County seems to be one of the players in many of the significant big land use issue cases. Some of you surveyors in Sonoma County must be involved in some of these cases. Any chance of a write up or break-out conference session?

I know Howard Brunner was involved in a really interesting boundary case recently. That made for some really interesting reading and would be a session I would be in the front row for.

Yesterday's First Appellate Court District Ruling is attached. Read it. Enjoy it. Dig into some of the tidbits about Bench thinking on dealing with certain types of decisions made by BoS, etc.
