Survey Project Manager:
Applicant will be working under the direction of licensed land surveyors performing mapping (Record of survey, Parcel Map & Tract Map) and construction staking calculations. This primarily an office position, but may also require field work as the need arises.

Duties:
• Research record map data and analysis of title reports, for mapping projects.
• Knowledge of common boundary establishment methods and analysis
• Perform construction survey calculations for field crews.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Wood & Excel)
• Organize and coordinating mapping and construction projects
• Scheduling and coordination of various work requests from clients and contractors
• Perform calculations and prepare maps for record of surveys, corner records, parcel maps, and tract maps along with submittal of finished drawings to agencies
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans and coordination with architects, engineers and contractors regarding RFI’s and change orders
• Mapping and calculations with AutoCAD Civil3D software
• Prepare proposals and budgets for various survey projects

Qualifications:
• LSIT with 5+ years of land surveying experience with 2+ years as a field party chief performing boundaries, topographic surveys and construction staking.
• Subdivision mapping experience (record of survey maps, parcel maps, tract maps, ALTA surveys, legal description and exhibits, etc.)
Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have effective, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of TDS software
Must know the accuracy requirements for various types of construction staking services
• Must be familiar with a variety of field equipment; including Robotic Total Station, RTK/GPS, Digital Levels, and Data Collectors (Trimble and TDS experience preferred)
• Must maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors during the course of projects.
