Does anyone know if the board of the state of California issues licenses (PLS) twice a year ONLY?
With the NCEES PS exam CBT being offered continuously, how will this work?
For example as of today I've met all requirements and successfully passed all exams but according to the board I will not be issued a license number until December when they are done processing everybody's exam results!!!!!
The board website advertises the NCEES PS exam date as October 28, 2016 which is not correct.
Am I missing something? Any thoughts?
