I've developed a standard black and white CTB file with AutoCAD that works with a standard for boundary survey layers in CAD drawings. The boundary survey layer standards are designed to do 2 things:
1) Facilitate easier transfer of boundary survey data in CAD format between surveyors and organizations.
2) Support the design of CAD tools that depend on the standard layers.
I'll release the CTB file this week, and the layer standard (with an example drawing) a few weeks later.
Let me know if you are interested in previewing the CTB file, layer standard, and sample drawing. I welcome feedback on the design.
You can reach out to me by e-mail if you would like to help: sunburned.surveyor@gmail.com.
The standards and samples will be release under a Creative Commons license and will be free for anyone to use without restriction.
Thanks!
Landon

Re: Standard AutoCAD CTB File and Boundary Layers
Sent an email. STB is 1000000% better than CTB.

Re: Standard AutoCAD CTB File and Boundary Layers
It seems like it's been at least a decade since I've used CTB. STB allows much more control.
