Aaron Shalowitz and Roy Minnick all state that an artificial alteration to the shoreline caused by a jetty or groin fixes the ordinary high water mark/line of mean high water at its last natural location. Do you agree with this statement? I have created a poll for responses and have attached an outline from these men.
