Autodesk error report
Has anyone ever gotten a response or a solution from the autodesk error reports generated when crashes occur? I'm beginning to think it's just some kind of a dull joke...

Re: Autodesk error report
I have in the distant past.
They told me to get the latest hot-patch.
Didn't hear back from them for a period of time & I quit sending them.

I don't think they go through those reports and actually try to solve your problem. They use it as data to see what the most common sources of error in the program are so they know what to prioritize in future patches.
If they responded to those notifications individually, they'd have to have enough courteous, technically savvy staff to deal with their customer base, and that's no way to run a business.
