ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Licensed Land Surveyor / Project Surveyor for our operation in the Pleasanton, California area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!We currently have over 75 Land Surveyors in 17 offices from Orlando to Boston and DC to Seattle.
The Land Surveyor will direct all field and office activities, including scheduling, plan preparation, construction stakeout, support of conveyance and legal departments including property descriptions, as-built surveys, topographical surveys, and field surveying.
The ideal candidate will be a surveyor licensed in the state of California, with a successful history of managing survey projects, experience working as a Field Surveyor, knowledge of AutoCAD, Leica instruments and software, Carlson civil software, Microsoft Windows and Office software, and other related surveying software.
We are looking for a leader to build a team around. Someone who is capable of working efficiently in the field yet professional and able to represent Toll/ESE. Candidate should be able to create and publish all types of survey maps, including creating individual plot/permit plans.
