It has been a while since I've done a Condo Plan and I see the statute has changed (CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §§ 6500).
The last one I did had a Surveyor's Statement on it and I am trying to find that in the new statute.
Does anyone know where the Surveyor's Statement for a Condo Plan is located in CA Law?

Does anybody have a sample of a recorded condo plan done lately?

Re: Surveyor's Statement for Condo Plan
Thank you Dennis,
I think I see the difference now, Davis-Stirling Act § 4000 is for residential and § 6500 is for Industrial and Commercial.
Does anybody have a sample of an Industrial/Commercial condo plan?
